CITIZENSHIP: Indian and Indianness
While every other democracy questions nationality, it draws attention to the assumed fact that everyone has the right to a nationality and that no one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality. Settling for jurisdictions or creating fencing boundaries around the state question surpass the existence of tickets to an individual that we call passports. The state of being legally a citizen of a particular country or nation stands out to introspect IF THE COUNTRY BELONGS TO US? OR DO WE BELONG TO THAT NATION? Nationality in law is membership in a nation or sovereign state. Non-citizens, nationals, individuals, companies, corporations, ships, and aircrafts all have nationality for legal purposes but as for its own citizen, it adheres to the sense of belongingness to a particular stance or "LOVE FOR MAATI" as quoted by Indians.
